Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard via our secure payment gateway.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
The delivery charge is £5.95 for up to 20kgs to the UK mainland. If the total shipment comes to over 20kgs then the charge will be £10.95.
Should our couriers attempt to make a delivery when you are not there, they will leave a calling card with consignment details along with a telephone number of their local depot so that you may arrange re-delivery at a more convenient time to you.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch your order right away, however this is dependent on stock levels in our UK warehouse.
You will normally receive your order within 2-4 business days . However please allow up to 6 days to avoid disappointment.
Should an order be cancelled after dispatch or you refuse delivery of any goods, then we reserve the right to levy an administration charge deducted from refund of monies due to you.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Many safety related products are vat exempt items.
